Loan Applications

Manda Capital will review each loan application on a case by case basis to determine whether or not the application meets Manda Capital’s strict investment criteria and whether the application meets the preferences of any of its members.

Loan Types

Loans are generally fixed term for 3 to 36 months and for amounts not less than $500k.

Manda Capital will consider applications which fall within one of the following four investment categories:

  • Construction and development, including land-subdivisions, multi-dwelling, commercial buildings and so on;
  • Commercial business loans;
  • Short term loans (for business and investment purposes only); and
  • Residential loans (for business and investment purposes only).
